Some problems can be solved by surface coating or surface treatment, so research in this area is currently being actively carried out.

 

Titanium tubes are produced by automatic continuous production lines such as cold bending, welding, online heat treatment, diameter straightening, non-destructive testing, and air tightness testing. With the rapid development of the titanium industry and the increasing improvement of the welding process, the production efficiency of titanium pipes will be greatly improved, and the quality stability, consistency and production efficiency will be greater. The length required for cutting can be determined according to customer requirements.

 

Titanium tubes are generally produced by rolling or drawing an art. A large amount of rolling oil and drawing oil will be used in the production process, which will seriously pollute the production site. After the titanium tube is rolled and drawn, the grease and stains on the inner and outer surfaces of the goods must be deoiled and pickled. The pickling process will cause great pollution to the environment.

 

For the health of operators and environmental protection, protective equipment and measures should be added, and then capital investment should be increased, and the production cost of goods should be increased accordingly. Titanium tubes continue to be mass-produced through automated production lines, with stable quality and high production efficiency. In the production process, except for some water, electricity and other energy consumption, the environment is basically free of pollution.
