It is a joint-stock enterprise integrating research and development, production and sales of multi-element master alloy, titanium and titanium alloy ingots, metal chromium and non-ferrous metals. It has an annual production capacity of 4300 tons. There are three production workshops: titanium smelting workshop, intermediate alloy workshop and metal chromium workshop.
